The cost associated with the export of your products and their shipment to the Grexon warehouse in Germany will be covered by you. Grexon does not charge any fees for the sale, logistics, storage, and after-sales services of your products.
Who determines the selling price of my products?
Grexon determines prices through a pricing analysis study based on countries and marketplaces.
Which marketplaces will my products be sold on/listed?
We have agreements and integrations with over 700 marketplaces, including major platforms such as Amazon and eBay. The appropriate marketplaces for your product category are identified, and your products are listed. In addition to this, your products are made available for sale on our own platform, grexon.com. Also sales opportunities are assessed through a B2B strategy based on the potential of your product.
Who will manage the store on marketplaces?
Grexon has its own stores on marketplaces. Grexon will handle tasks such as entering product content in different languages based on countries, uploading photos in compliance with platform rules, tracking orders, and managing customer reviews for your products.
Which languages does Grexon Team support?
We support our suppliers in 23 different languages and assist them throughout the entire process.
Do you have policies such as minimum order quantities or bulk purchase discounts for procurement?
We do not have such practices in our procurement process. We will decide on the stock levels and availability of each product on specific marketplaces based on our analyses. We will have B2B-specific pricing during the sales process.
Where would my products/goods would be stored?
Your goods/products would be stored in our own 25.000 m2 warehouse loacated in Germany.
How is the storage and inventory management of the supplied products handled?
The warehousing and shipment process is managed by Grexon's professional teams. Grexon is responsible for the security and inventory tracking of the product.
Whom I will be invoicing to?
You will be invoicing the products to our company, Grexon GmbH.
What documents do I need to provide to work with Grexon?
The official documents of your company, the necessary permits and documents for exporting, and the registration of your brand are mandatory requirements. In addition to these, you will be provided with detailed information by Grexon teams regarding mandatory certificates and documentation for the category.
How is the process flow of the parties in exporting and importing of the goods/products?
The seller is responsible for the export and logistics of the products to Germany. After the products arrive in Germany, Grexon manages all tax, documentation, shipping, and storage processes.
What happens if my goods/products are not sold?
Our expert teams handle pricing based on marketplaces and countries, detailed product information, visual quality of products, certification, determination of sales channels, marketing, advertising management, and the handling of customer reviews and requests. Despite these efforts, if there are unsold products, we can either return them upon your request or ship them to the requested address.
How will I receive payment when my product/good is sold?
Within the agreed payment term after the sale, your payment will be processed to the bank account you specified in the contract.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We handle customers' cancellation and return requests in accordance with the policies and legal regulations of the marketplaces where your products are listed.
What do you do regarding marketing and promotional activities?
The management of advertising and marketing on the marketplaces where the products are listed is the responsibility of Grexon, following the agreed-upon strategy with the supplier. No fees are charged to you for these services.
How will the brand awareness of the agreed products be increased in the target market?
Grexon will handle the advertising of products and brands for sales on marketplaces and social media.
Which information can be accessed through the supplier panel?
You can transparently view information such as the list and stock count of products in sales, your returned products, invoices, and statistics related to your sales through the supplier panel.
